A huge glass wave presents the land of windmills

A colossal glass wave, criss-crossed by games of light and mirrors that transmit the sensation of infinite space, surprises the adventurous, giving them the sensation that they are diving into the icy waters of the North Sea. To make this simulation more -real-, typical maritime sounds and even the bubbling of the waves can be heard. After this underwater journey, the public climbs a ramp to reach dry land. Here, a set of windmills symbolises the use of natural energy resources. And there is no shortage of ports and dykes, other symbols of the country.


A 30-metre long screen projects images about the Netherlands, the North Sea and the country's coastal areas.
